We are happy to announce that from 4th to 10th September 2010 Bulgaria will host the most significant SCENAR event of the year – the 16th International scientific and practical conference of SCENAR therapy and SCENAR expertise, celebrating the 30th anniversary of OKB RITM and the 10th anniversary of SCENAR Center – Bulgaria.
This most important forum of the international SCENAR society is being organized by the inventors and producers of the SCENAR devices, OKB RITM – Russia, SCENAR Center – Bulgaria, Kosmed International B.V. (The Netherlands), International SCENAR Academy – Moscow, RITM Australia, RITM SCENAR Institute – Australia and SCENAR Association – Bulgaria. Additional assistance is provided by our partners: SCENAR Health USA, TOMATEX LLC (USA), SCENAR Health Canada, SCENAR Health, Australia, OLMC "SCENAR-Ukraine" and Eco-Positiva (Croatia).
The decision for having the conference in Bulgaria is aimed at providing the most appropriate environment for carrying out a high-level international meeting, combining the scientific work and exchange of experience, on one side, with the pleasure of communicating with colleagues and relaxation with friends on the charming Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Many of you remember the 10th international conference at Sunny Beach in 2003 and the 12th International conference in Varna, 2006 - so you know their organization was highly appraised by all participants. We will do our best to organize the 16th conference even better, so that it becomes a useful and exciting experience for everyone.

Venue: Sunny Day Resort
Sunny Day resort is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Bulgaria. It will definitely fascinate you and will meet your expectations for a quiet holiday and complete recreation and relaxation. The convenient location, the well-equipped halls and the technical facilities, combined with the experience of the specialists, make "Sunny Day" a well-known and preferred
venue for various business meetings, corporate events, seminars, conferences, presentations, negotiations, congresses, business lunches and official cocktail parties.

Sunny Day resort is in the immediate vicinity of the first Bulgarian Black Sea resort "St. Constantine". The complex has a capacity of about 1,300 beds in four elegant hotels - Palace Hotel, Marina Hotel, Veronika Hotel and Mirage Hotel, built on the very seashore. Within just a few steps you can feel the warm sand under your toes.

Nature has provided the unique conditions for rest and relaxation:
  • a cove with excellent eastern exposure;
  • a spacious strip of beach, 1 km long and 20 to 80 m wide;
  • a calm sea with shallow sandy bottom;
  • a splendid natural park with rare tree species;
  • mineral waters springs, with curative properties unique for Bulgaria.

The climate in the Sunny Day resort region is very favorable for holidays in Bulgaria and is similar to that of the leading Mediterranean resorts – the average monthly air temperatures in the summer are 23-28°Ρ, and of the sea water - 24-25°Ρ, with about 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to September.

The early September weather is usually perfect for both working and holidays – temperature is over 20°C, and the sea is warm and still.
A presentation covering the latest innovations and devices will take place on the 4th September.
Upgrades, repairs and service maintenance of devices will be arranged after 5th September.
Conference Language: Official languages: Russian and English. Simultaneous translation will be available.

Conference materials and documentation:
All materials – abstracts, presentations and reports will be provided on CD.
Guidelines for submission of abstracts:
Abstracts shall be presented as Power Point presentations (slides) in Russian and/or English.
Restrictions: 20 slides max, total size - not exceeding 15 MB.
When including photos, X-ray pictures, ultrasonic images, etc. in your presentations, please resize them to 800*600, 1024*768 or 1280*1024 in JPEG. Please do not include BMP or TIFF images in your presentations.
Full papers (NOT abstracts) shall be submitted in Russian and/or English languages, 10 pages total.
Format: A4.
Text: Font - Times New Roman, font size - 12pt, each new paragraph indented 1.27cm/ 0.5 inch. Margins: top - 20mm, bottom - 20mm, left - 25mm, right - 10mm.
First line: Author name (names), country, city, and company name if necessary. Times New Roman, 14pt, Bold, right aligned.
Second line: Paper title. Times New Roman, 14pt, Bold, all in capitals and centred.
No page numbers.
When including photos, X-ray pictures, ultrasonic images etc. in your paper, please DO NOT resize the images. Image format – JPEG only.

All participants are encouraged to inform us of the workshops and schools that are going to attend, schools that would like to be held (apart from those listed above) as well as suggestion topics for round-table discussions. This will allow us to plan the schedule of all schools and workshops, replace some of them or add new ones.
The duration of all courses is 2 or 3 days. The price of Master class is EUR 150 and all other courses are EUR 100.
Each participant will receive an attendance certificate and those who join any type of training will receive a document from the International SCENAR Academy.
We believe that your participation in the 16th International Scientific and Practical Conference of SCENAR Therapy and SCENAR Expertise will help you establish yourselves as SCENAR therapists and will open new horizons for your professional development.
