The history of SCENAR is the history of Alexander Revenko and OCB “RITM”

1975

In Taganrog’s Radiotechnical University was been organized a department of medical electronics “MIDAS” which was given a new name – Special Construction Bureau “RITM” in 1980-th. The first directors were L.Tatoev and V.Zacharevich. The first similar device of SCENAR appeared in the end of 70-th in OCB “RITM” and was named Electra Neuro Stimulator - ENS. It was made by engineer Karasev in department which was at the head Misha Rudenko.

1978

A. Karasev gave one of the few ENS – devices to Dr. A Revenko to trails. I worked at that time in Taganrog’s neurology clinic and received so unexpected and distinctived the responses. From that time few years I worked along with A.Karasev, at that time after so much excel effects the device was named by me like Energy Neuro Adaptation Stimulator – ENS – 01. At that time also I cooperated with many engineers in “MIDAS” and we developed few types ENS: ENS-02, ENS-03 etc. In same time ENS were given to trails to few doctors in Rostov, Taganrog.

80-th years

The director of OCB “RITM” Vladislav Zacharevich paied attention to ENS and introduced them to Military and Space organizations.

1985

I offered new name – CENAR, Zacharevich introduced CENAR to Alexandr Nechuschkin (President of Russian Acupuncture Association and Expert of USSR Health Care Ministry) and Prof.med. Arseny Medelyanowsky Why suggested rename it. In Russian language is heard like a canary and following Arseny Medelyanowsky 's and Alexandr Nechuschkin’s examples CENAR became SCENAR.

1986

I presented first SCENAR to USSR Health Care Ministry in order to product and use in clinical practice. OCB “RITM” with a factory “Pryboj” started to preparation for production of SCENAR – devices.

1986, 1987

SCENAR was rewarded with silver and bronze medals in Main Exhibition of USSR.

1987

The first authors of first SCENAR – patent are A.Revenko, A.Karasev, A.Kibirev, V.Zacharevich, A.Nechuschkin. At the same time OCB “RITM” opened Medical Centre, first SCENAR practioners were: Peter Kruglov, Alexandr Dogadkin, Yuri Gorfinkel, Leonid Pac, Sergej Pobokin. At the same time I organized my own Medical Clinic “Biocorrection”, where I practice with SCENAR with 10 SCENAR - therapists.

From 1989 up to now

Trade mark “SCENAR” absolutely belongs to OCB “RITM” all over the world.

From 1989 to 1995

The engineers of OCB “RITM” (A.Kibirev, M.Zenkin, Y.Koretsky) developed and produced many different types of SCENAR: SCENAR-033 with sun Space Batteries , SCENAR-033M, SCENAR-032, SCENAR-035. At the same time A.Karasev still to work like an engineer in OCB “RITM” and in 1990 he with OCB “RITM”'s assistance opened his Laboratory “Let Medical”.

1990

A.Revenko works in Russian Health Care Ministry.

1992

J.Grinberg created new conception of marketing to promote SCENAR-devices. It was an idea of SCENAR Training Seminars. First SCENAR Training Seminar has been in Divnomorsky on Black See side. First Teacher was A.Revenko. From that time SCENAR Training Seminars exist and A.Revenko invited to teach P.Kruglov, S.Pobokin, Y.Gorfinkel.

1993

2 medical centers of OCB “RITM” and “Biocorrection” were joined to one SCENAR – center, it was a first SCENAR – clinic in the world. The main doctors were A.Revenko and Y.Gorfinkel.

1994

It is the time of first International SCENAR conferences, which now exist, develop and carry out regulary.

1996

SCENAR became very popular in the world and few people decided to produce copies of SCENAR. First pioneer was Boris Vernik with “SCENAR-032A”. Next was Armen Avakyan with “AcuSCEN”, next – A.Ryavkin with “DENAS”, “Fenzian’ of James Colthust, “Inter-X” of Zulia Frost and Neuro Energy Group A.Karasev continue to produce many devices under name SCENAR without Medical trails and Permission and start his work at new official trade mark which belong himself – Cosmodic. OCB “RITM” create, develop and produce new devices – SCENAR-97, the main constructors are Misha Unakafov and Max Zenkin. The authors of this patent are A.Revenko, M.Unakafov, J.Grinberg, Y.Gorfinkel, M.Zenkin.

1998

It is a time of first International SCENAR Training Seminar, which took a place in Nassay in Bahamas, The first teachers were I and Yuri Gorfinkel, the first Interpreter was Irena Kossowskaya.

1999

International Production Company “Intermedia Service” in Holland (which now called “RITMEDIC”) started to produce and license in Europe and UK under permission of OCB “RITM” SCENAR-97 devices. Now more then 44 countries in the world know and use SCENAR-therapy.

Present time

Every year OCB “RITM” process new models of SCENAR, improve them, take out the patents, conduct clinical trails, organize International Conferences, publish articles, books, magazines etc.
